Looking for something fun to put in Easter Baskets for young kids this year? Add less candy and more fun with Easter Coloring Cards you print then cut with Cricut or Silhouette.

I designed two sets of 6 coloring cards with built-in crayon holders – great for school, church groups, daycare, neighbors, grandkids and more.

See how easy they are to put together in the quick video below.

Want more detailed information about setting them up to Print then Cut in Cricut or Silhouette? The easter cards work the same way as the Valentine’s Day cards in the next videos.

How to Make a Big Birthday Gift Bag with Cricut or Silhouette

Santa shouldn’t be the only one to have big canvas drawstring gift bags! Why not make them for Birthdays too? You can with the Birthday Sack Designs for Crafters from Tara Reed Designs.

Decorating bags with vinyl using your Cricut or Silhouette machine are great to sell online or at craft fairs or to make an impact for those larger than life birthday gifts! (You can use the designs on smaller bags too of course!)

Here’s a quick video to show you just how easy they are to do! There are also links to get some of the supplies I used.

Most of this video has music although I do explain using the centering ruler at about the 1 min 40 sec mark. I added instructions at the bottom of the video where I’m not talking.  🎼

JUMP TO SPECIFIC TOPICS:
10 secs – Step 1: Setup your files (demo shown in Silhouette Business Edition software)

  • 12” x 12” cardstock
    • green & white
  • 8 ½” x 11” red cardstock
  • 8 ½” x 4 ½” glitter or other cardstock for behind key
  • 2 ½“ x 3” white cardstock for Santa’s face in the key
  • craft adhesive

This 3D Santa’s Magic Key display is made with 6 pieces of paper that you cut with your Cricut, Silhouette or other cutting machine or if you are a whiz with scissors – you can cut it out by hand.

I tested the key down to 3″ and it works (I used my Silhouette Cameo 3). It would be tricky to do smaller.
