The Easiest Way to Sew a Placemat Panel Tote Bag

I used my September leaves fabric and placemat designs from the Monthly Placemat Program I made for Riley Blake Designs for this tutorial.

Placemat Tote Bag MATERIALS:

  • (2) images from a fabric placemat panel
  • 3/4 yard fabric for lining and handles
  • (1) 20″ x 24″ fusible fleece (Pellon 987F)
  • Thread
  • Sewing Machine
  • Ironing Board
  • Rotary Cutter & Mat (optional)
