Free 6 inch quilt block tutorial – Love Lives Here
I’m excited to share my Love Lives Here Quilt Block Tutorial as part of the “From Our House” Free Pattern Sew Along created by Riley Blake Designs. The quilt features a Designer collaborative collection, Hush Hush 4 – meaning each print in the collection was created by a different Riley Blake Designer.
Every Friday beginning on October 4th until December 6th Riley Blake will be sharing a block (or two or three!) from the original pattern. Additionally, an RBD Designer (or two!) will be sharing an alternative design for the 6″ block center.
The idea is that you will have lots of different designs and options to choose from to make your quilt entirely unique! You will need 14 blocks total to complete the quilt but the center designs can be a mix of original pattern options, designer pattern options, and even your own creations!
My fabric print is called “Quilty Pleasure” and is a small scale, muted version of the popular Quilt Block toss from my Spring Barn Quilts fabric collection. You can see all the prints that will be a part of the Hush Hush 4 collection and the designers here.
