Looking for a patriotic quilt pattern that is both beautiful and easy to complete?
The 40″ x 40″ Hearts & Stars Quilt Pattern is a great quilt for beginners and it’s for sale in my Sewing with Tara Reed shop on Etsy.
Combining simple 9 patch blocks and a heart appliqué it can be finished in a day if you put your mind to it!
This pattern features the Let Freedom Soar fabric collection designed by Tara Reed for Riley Blake Designs – fabric codes are noted in fabric requirements if you wish to use these prints, although it isn’t necessary.
The 14 page PDF pattern includes 12 pages of detailed instructions with photos, diagrams and paper piecing templates to create the heart appliqué.
