Pumpkins – they’re not just for Halloween! I love making fabric pumpkins because they are easy and you can make them to go with any style based on the fabrics you choose.
These pumpkins with ghosts in witch hats are obviously for Halloween but the terra cotta and mustard maple leaf block tonal fabrics make that pumpkin work all throughout the fall and into Thanksgiving. Pair it with Halloween pumpkins or create a beautiful centerpiece with fabric pumpkins, pinecones and more.
In this tutorial I’ll show you have to sew pumpkins so you can use more than one fabric. It takes a little longer but is worth the effort.
If you need fast no-sew pumpkins, see my toilet paper pumpkin tutorial.
