I CAN'T FIND MY DOWNLOAD...
This is the most common question I get from customers on Etsy and there are a few reasons it can happen. If you have messaged me through Etsy and find your download from one of these methods, please reply to the message in Etsy and let me know that you are all taken care of.
If none of this works for you make sure you have messaged what you ordered, your order number or order date, and the email you’d like me to send it to.
👉🏻 Are you logged in to Etsy on a computer or laptop?
If so, the graphic below will walk you through how to find any digital purchase you have made. Sometimes the emails Etsy sends seem to get lost so know that you can always find your purchases (from me or anyone else) this way.
👉🏻 Are you logged in to Etsy on a mobile device through the Etsy app?
Unfortunately, you can’t access digital purchases through the app and you need to login to your account through a browser (like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) even if you are on your mobile device.
Still can't find your download?
Sometimes a person thought they were logged into their account but weren’t and purchased “as a guest” by mistake. If that is the case, make sure you have messaged me with the product you ordered, your order number or the order date, and the email you want me to send your digital purchase to. I will get it to you as soon as I can and message you within Etsy when I send it so you know to look for it.
Something else?
If there is another issue, rest assured I will do everything I can to get you sorted out as soon as possible. Make sure you’ve given me as many details as you can so we don’t get slowed down by my needing to ask questions. (what you ordered, order number and/or order date, your best email)
